Premier Motors Cancún (Cadillac,Buick,GMC)

If you own a Hummer H3, don’t bother going here. Even though being the official dealership, they refused to provide services. I never ever had a brand workshop refusing one of my vehicles whatever the age was. The staff was very friendly but commented that they had instructions from the management to not except this type of vehicle – Only exception was for existing customers (that made me even more angry; seems that I’m not good enough for them…).

Don't expect anyone to speak English, as this is Mexico, an oil change will require you to drop of your car in the morning and maybe you will get it at the end of the day or maybe not, maybe it will be a two day trip or more so make your hotel plans...
